Yes. If we haven't shipped it yet, we can cancel it free of charge. If the equipment was shipped already, and you cancel the order before arrival, we'll charge you only the shipping related costs. If you cancel the order after the arrival of the equipment to your address, you'll be charged the shipping related costs plus a $50 cancellation fee on cell phone rentals, $75 on satellite rentals, and the minimum rental on GPS's rentals.
Yes, we'll send your assigned phone number by email. Upon request, and depending on stock availability, we can provide the phone number up to a week in advance.
Yes. You'll receive an email confirmation with all the important information of your order. Please review it, and contact us as soon as possible if you find any discrepancies or if you want to make any changes.
You can order your equipment with a 1 day minimum notice for deliveries within continental US, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. If you're located near our office in San Diego, you can place the order and pick up the equipment the same day.
