Yes. If we haven't shipped it yet, we can cancel it free of charge. If the equipment was shipped already, and you cancel the order before arrival, we'll charge you only the shipping related costs. If you cancel the order after the arrival of the equipment to your address, you'll be charged the shipping related costs plus a $50 cancellation fee on cell phone rentals, $75 on satellite rentals, and the minimum rental on GPS's rentals.
Usually, you'll receive your invoice within 15-30 days after return of the rental. Due to varying service level agreements with different wireless carriers, some call charges may take up to 60 days to be billed and will appear on subsequent invoices.

An authorization is a “hold” or “freeze” of funds against your credit card’s available account balance. It is similar to when a bank places a “hold” on a cheque you want to cash. Once the authorization is released, the funds are then available to be used. Authorizations are automatically released when your credit card is charged at the end of your rental.

Rental charges begin the day UPS delivers the equipment to you, and ends when UPS scans the package when you return it. Basically our billing system uses UPS's tracking numbers to calculate the rental period. Shipping transit time is not considered. You will specify these dates at the time of placing the order.
