Sometimes we ship our equipment in advance to ensure that you receive it on time, but we don't charge for these extra days. In these cases, your rental period starts on the date you required on the form.
No, rental begins the day UPS delivers the equipment to you, and ends when UPS scans the package when you return it. Basically our billing system uses UPS's tracking numbers to calculate the rental period. Shipping transit time is not considered.
Phonerental does not recommend leaving your return equipment with the hotel concierge. The customer retains responsibility and liability for the equipment and all associated charges until the equipment has been scanned by the approved carrier or handed to an authorized Phonerental representative.
We will provide you with a prepaid return UPS box included in the shipping charges. Once you're done with the rental, please place your rented equipment and accesories in the provided return box, close it, seal it and drop it off at any UPS location.
Yes, we'll provide you with a tracking number so you can follow up your shipment online or by phone.

Ground shipping takes between 1 to 5 business days, depending on the destination. Not all services are available for all destinations.
Courier can only guarantee delivery before a deadline only (for example, before 3.00 pm). Unfortunately we can't deliver the equipment at a specific time (for example between 4.00 and 4.30 pm)
Due to security reasons Phonerental cannot deliver to airports. However, Phonerental can deliver your rental to your hotel or office in the city you are visiting.
Yes we do. Keep in mind that shipping to Canada takes longer than other locations in the US, and it's usually more expensive. Also, notice that we are not able to send a prepaid package to return the equipment to us, you'll be responsible for shipping it back to our office.
If you're not available, somebody can sign the delivery for you. If nobody is available, and upon request, we can still leave the package without any signature, but you're held responsible for it.
We can deliver your equipment to your home, office or hotel anywhere in the US and Canada. If you're located near our office in San Diego, you can pick up the equipment the same day of the order.
Most of our customers receive it 1-2 business days before their departure, but you're free to select the delivery date of your choice.
We can deliver your equipment with a 1 day minium notice within continental US, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. If you're located near our office in San Diego, you can pick up the equipment the same day of the order.
We can ship it to you by UPS or you can pick it up at our office in San Diego, CA. We also offer our clients to use their own FEDEX or UPS accounts, charging only a small handling fee.
